Brian Tan is an attorney with the firm, where he assists the firm’s clients with partition actions, partnership disputes, and real estate law.
Brian earned his Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law in 2017, where he was on Law Review, was awarded the Mussey Prize for students with a 4.0 in their last year of study, and won First Place in the Peter James Johnson National Civil Rights Trial Competition.
Prior to law school, Brian graduated cum laude from the George Washington University in Washington, D.C., where he worked at the U.S. Department of State. Before joining the firm, Brian worked for another civil litigation firm in Los Angeles, and the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles.
Brian is originally from Dallas, Texas, and is fluent in German, Japanese, and Tagalog. In his free time, Brian enjoys playing tennis, attending live theater, and traveling to new places.
