Frank L. Russell’s practice experience encompasses a diverse range of legal areas, including commercial litigation, wills and trusts, matrimonial law, partnerships, shareholder derivative litigation, and real estate law.
He earned his law degree from Stanford University and his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Davis. Prior to joining the Underwood Law firm, Mr. Russell was a partner at a prominent Northern California law firm, where he managed high-stakes litigation and consistently secured favorable outcomes in complex cases.
Outside of his legal practice, Mr. Russell enjoys spending time with his family, reading about ancient history, and engaging in advanced dog training, specializing in agility, scent work, and obedience. Raised near Yosemite National Park, he is a passionate outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hiking and backpacking. He is also an active member of his community, serving as an officer in the county bar association, participating in his local Rotary club, and coaching youth soccer.
