is an attorney here at Underwood Law, where he represents clients in partition actions, real estate disputes, and civil litigation.
John grew up in New York, Los Angeles, and Seoul before attending Indiana University Bloomington. Interested in international law and cross-cultural issues, he later transferred to a university in South Korea, where he studied international law, graduated with honors, and published an article examining the reserve clause system in the Korean Baseball Organization. He went on to earn his J.D. from Cornell Law School.
Before joining Underwood Law Firm, John gained litigation experience working on a broad range of civil matters, including personal injury and employment law. John also developed experience in estate planning, assisting individuals and families with trusts, wills, and other estate planning documents.
In his free time, John enjoys playing sports, drinking coffee, and taking long walks with his dog.
