Director of Client Services
Britney serves as the Director of Client Services at Underwood Law Firm, bringing more than a decade of experience in client relations, customer success, sales, and team leadership. Prior to joining the firm, she spent nearly ten years with a health and wellness company, where she helped build and lead the sales team while managing hundreds of long-term customer relationships.
Britney also has experience in the mortgage lending industry, where she worked with credit review and analysis and gained experience navigating detailed financial information and client needs. Throughout her career, she has focused on understanding each client’s individual circumstances, solving problems, and creating positive experiences through a consultative and people-first approach.
Outside of work, Britney participates in a bowling league and choir, practices Pilates, and is an avid reader and sports fan. She also enjoys baking, exploring San Diego’s food scene, and spending time with her dog, Ender, and her cat, Frankie.
